Food Review: White Castle Frozen Hamburgers
A long time ago a handsome young man wearing a white shirt and tie was introduced to a new food. Well actually it wasn’t a new food entirely, but it was a new concept to him. Most of his peers shunned this food and scoffed at his delight in this little delicacy. What started as a nudge from a friend in Green, Ohio turned in to a new favorite. After his fair share of trips to this eatery, he found himself back home and over 1,000 miles from the nearest White Castle.

Disagreement
MLB, you bring me a lot of joy, a lot of happiness, but today you went too far.
Upon checking Facebook after work I discovered this post from MLB:

I do not believe there is an age limit on bringing a glove to the park. I realize that in a situation like this you could look stupid very easily. However I think that if you have a seat that is within fly ball or line drive range, you should bring a glove (if you have one) for the sake of protection. If you want to go out of your way for a ball, do so but know the inherent risks (see above).
That’s all I have for this rant. It’s late and it was a long day.
I still love you baseball, even if the Mariners have lost twelve in a row.
It’s a good time for a break
With finals now complete for me, I am embarking on a 5 month break from my education. Thanks you BYU-Idaho for having such an odd schedule set-up, because of that I will not be taking classes until January.
What will I do with my break? The initial plan was to work and do online schooling. However as I have learned, online schooling here is ridiculous. What do the teachers do since they can’t grade you for attendance? How about giving you 2-3 times the work of a normal class, and give you less time to do it. I also complain because most of the videos that are included must be watched on campus or else they will simply not load. Another reason I am not taking classes in the fall? FAFSA has changed up their regulations and with that, I would only be covered for two semesters. Ok, enough of this side rant, onto other things I will be doing.
I will be working more, which is nice. I think I’ll catch up on some movies, and maybe get into a few new shows. Is community any good? I hear it is, but I’ll ask you, my readers. We will probably go camping one more time before fall starts back up. I’ll format my laptop’s hard drive and install Windows 7 Pro on it, I might as well since CIT Majors get it for free. Hopefully I’ll keep up with this blog better. Lastly, I am going to read more. I am currently reading Gulliver’s Travels by Jonathan Swift, I plan to get a library card and find some more books to read. I’m looking for classics as well as newer titles. If you have any suggestions, please tell me. I love non-fiction, I don’t love sci-fi. I am also looking to read Joseph Smith, A Rough Stone Rolling.
I’m going to be doing more photography as well, since I have 2 cameras to use at my disposal. I feel bad that I have not documented my stay here in Rexburg as well as I have in other places. Lastly I’m joining another softball league that starts up in a couple of weeks.
Moving away from my plans for the next 5 months, looking around this website you’ll notice a couple new links on the navigation bar. I created Food and Drink so that you readers can access my reviews in an easier way. I also created links so that the readers can see the websites I visit. I am also working on uploading A good portion of my photos to the site, so that you readers can see some of my travels. Lastly I am working on a request for content feature. More details on that to come.
Relaunch!
This blog isn’t dead like many of you probably thought it was.
I’ve decided to change things up on the blog as you have seen. I am not done with these changes yet, so you 4 or 5 visitors that come here regularly (I hope), don’t be shocked, scared or traumatized in any other way please.
Thanks to my hosting that I was required to get for a school class, we now won’t have any issues with pictures, audio or videos like we did before. I debated migrating all the previous files that I uploaded earlier, but decided I didn’t care. I debated moving this site to my hosted site, but then learned that Dreamhost cripples WordPress more than wordpress.com does. You will also see some new links posted around the site. There is a Facebook and Twitter button on the nav bar, however you’ll quickly learn that my twitter account is nothing but a bunch of retweets, and that you have to be my friend on Facebook to see any of my posts. I’m actually not sure why I included twitter, but who knows maybe one day i’ll actually use it for more than following baseball.
I’m also going to feature more websites that I use on a regular basis, and also pages that I have recently found that I feel others could use and benefit from. I’ve also switched up some of the categories which you will notice when I post to them.
Hope you enjoy the “new” site.
